Tony is a proven business leader in transport, logistics and tourism with over 30 years’ experience.

His deep skill set spans all levels from facilitating strategic business planning to product/service development. Highly regarded within the Industry, he has the ability to negotiate with a multitude of stakeholders from depot yard to boardroom.

He has achieved exemplary results in reducing operating costs through his understanding of lean management techniques and he has designed and implemented innovative ‘step change’ initiatives to create competitive advantage in the businesses he has worked in.

With an extensive understanding of transport operations from both the client and operator perspective, Tony has a dynamism evidenced in a lengthy list of career highlights accrued during his rise from Bus Driver to General Manager throughout some of Australia’s largest transport operations.

Tony’s career highlights include:

  • Director of Queensland Coach Company Pty Ltd, who specialise in Australian designed and manufactured bus and coach bodies for European chassis’
  • President of the Queensland Bus Industry Council from 2012 to 2015

A strong advocate for continual improvement, Tony helps to promote this by serving on a multiple of bus industry boards. At present he is:

  • President of Queensland Bus Industry Council
  • Chairman of the Long Distance Tour and Charter Committee for the Queensland Bus Industry Council
  • A council member of The Australian Public Transport Industrial Association, and;
  • A member of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Bus Taskforce.
Megan Townsend is an experienced human resources and industrial relations professional.  Megan commenced with Buslink VIVO as the Senior HR Advisor and was promoted to HR/IR Manager in late 2016. Megan is passionate about aligning HR practices to organisational strategy and about increasing the capability of her team of HR professionals.

Megan’s aptitude for her discipline has been derived from a career in service-led industries including the oil and gas industry, transport and hospitality. Megan possesses a Bachelor in Business, majoring in Human Resources.

Daryl’s diverse operational and managerial experience spans every facet of the transport industry and has been cultivated from over 30 years of experience, which has seen him rise through the ranks.

With strong exposure to resource projects, Daryl’s strengths lie in his thorough understanding of operational efficiencies in the demanding nature of the Australian environment.

In the role of Financial Controller, Wayne brings over 25 years of senior financial management experience gained extensively with multinational corporations in the energy and mining sectors both within Australia and internationally across Europe, North America and South East Asia.

With an emphasis on corporate governance and compliance, Wayne oversees all the accounting operations, financial reporting and statutory compliance requirements of the company with a key focus on the financial and commercial management of business operations, centered around sustainable growth and strategic development.

Possessing over a decade in Quality & System Management, Claire is responsible for driving continuous improvement for Buslink VIVO with the aim to achieving operational excellence and global processes.

With a background heavily entrenched in the resources industry, Claire integrates with every department to ensure quality operating systems, output consistency, robust systems and global adherence to standards.

Craig Harbeck
A global logistics specialist in the Oil & Gas industry, Craig’s diverse experience has been amassed in over 14 years of managing the safe transportation of materials and personnel across some of the world’s harshest continents including Africa, Asia and Russia.

The authority in managing logistics in complex, live environments, Craig’s proficiencies extend from Incident & Injury free Oil and Gas Construction Operations, to Over-dimensional road transportation, traffic management, Marine Supply Base Maintenance Operations, Materials Management and Emergency Response Operations.

Graduating from RMIT University in Chemical Engineering, and with a Diploma in OHS, Pele began her career with ExxonMobil in 2000 and has worked for various multinational companies and consultancies in the oil and gas industry
throughout the South Pacific, Europe and Asia.

Utilising experience in roles that encompass Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Control, and Health and Safety in both regional and global environments, Pele is distinct and committed in her approach to lead in safety.

Employing technology, innovation and vitality, Pele is consistently yielded an engaged and safety focused workforce focused on achieving industry leading safety outcomes.

Joining the Buslink VIVO team in 2015, Eliza is the key driver of Business Development and is responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities.

Previously employed in the vehicle hire industry as a Regional Business Development Manager, Eliza has been based for many years in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and has developed detailed knowledge of working within Australia’s multi-billion dollar mining sector.

Eliza enjoys an exemplary track record for customer retention, and is often applauded for her strong ethical business approach and ability to transition easily between executive corporate negotiations to remote on-location site discussion.’
